ESC Automation was responsible for installing the BMS in a new campus building which included a student services area and the campus welcome centre for visitors and prospective students. There was labaratory and classroom renewal in three other wings along with additional faculty offices.
The new installation has increased occupant comfort throughout the building. Furthermore, the installation of the VFD’s and occupancy sensors has created energy savings for the buildings because the fan systems are not running constantly anymore.

We managed mechanical, electrical, millwrights, and balancing subcontractors. The archives building was upgraded with a complete BACnet BAS enabled solution. Along with the integrated mechanical systems, a total of 34 Delta VAV BACnet controllers were used.
ESC Automation Toronto Inc. was able to upgrade and retrofit the existing legacy third party system to enteliWEB (Delta Controls’ building management software) within a very short time frame. ESC Automation Toronto Inc. organized the electrical trades to work during the unoccupied periods allowing seamless installation.

ESC Automation was responsible for providing controls for all major mechanical systems, including in-suite room controls linked to the hotel reservation system as part of the integrated management of the facility
Scheduled for completion in May 2015, ESC Automation was responsible for the PoE installation inside The Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts (MIWSFPA) for Brock University. The new facility will be home to 50 full-time faculty and part-time instructors, along with over 500 students.
Managed by Oxford Properties, 100 Adelaide will have integrated management of all its systems to create an efficient approach to managing their energy and sustainability platforms.
