This results in totally seamless integration for all aspects of HVAC and Lighting Control. They appear as one system. The ODBC interoperability allows the DDC system to share data with the Security, Access Control and CCTV systems without the need for “custom” interfaces. This also provides a seamless interface into the Microsoft Office suite of software such as Excel, Access, or any third party software that is Microsoft compatible.

Mechanical Services
Our mechanical division offers preventative maintenance programs, repairs and upgrades for a wide range of HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split AC systems, boilers, pumps, fans and chillers, hazardous gas, etc. The division has extensive experience in retrofits and replacement systems and our cross-trained technicians service both the HVAC equipment and their controls.
As a service to our clients we prepare Life-Cycle Cost analysis on major mechanical equipment so they are prepared for large expenditures when necessary.
