| Module 1 - Computer Skills for Building Operators (1 day) | This entry-level course is structured for new computer users and covers the basic computer skills required to manage your Building Automation System. Topics include common computer terminology, basic skills needed to use the Windows XP operating system, customization of your computer to access common applications and features, overview of networking protocols and the use of common applications such as Windows Explorer for file management, Internet Explorer and common Windows accessory programs. It also includes an introduction to the Delta Controls ORCAview application. It will prepare the attendee to get maximum benefit from Module 1.

| Module 2 - ORCAview applications for Building Operators (2 days) | This course introduces users to Delta's line of BACnet products and the ORCAview software. Building operators will learn how to navigate the ORCAview graphic interface, recognize & adjust parameters in standard BACnet objects, modify alarm settings, generate reports and use trend logs to review system operation.

Application controllers are typically used for Heat Pumps, Fan Coil Units, VAV boxes and Rooftop Units. It teaches the skills necessary to adjust important parameters in the controller and remove/replace common MS/TP devices. Setup and basic programming of lighting controllers will also be covered.

| Module 5 - Internet and DDC Networks (1 day) | This course reviews the Delta hardware and networking rules that allow Delta BACnet devices to communicate over a WAN. The course will simulate several common WAN configurations and discuss the applicable troubleshooting procedures for each type of network architecture.

The session will include a thorough review of all ORCAweb features and a discussion of typical problems and solutions.
